| WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF OUR DATA PROCESSING? |
To properly manage your data for the provision of the service (invoices, delivery notes, and/or order forms), manage payments, handle communications received via web/email/social media, manage any marketing campaigns we may conduct, and, finally, any images obtained through our video surveillance system if you visit our facilities. |
Data retention periods or criteria: All data will be retained for the duration of the contractual or trust relationship with our clients, without exceeding the limits established by applicable legislation in any case. For tax purposes, your data may be retained for between 4 and 6 years from the time it was collected or from its last modification. Data collected on our website will be stored digitally and will only be retained for as long as necessary to address an enquiry or request. |

The legal basis for data processing is detailed as follows:For payments management and handling of communications the fullfilment of the service provision agreement legitimises us. For marketing campaigns and commercial communication, we are legitimised by the legitimate interest of the controller in keeping the customer informed about potential products of interest. For the video surveillance system, we are legitimised by the legitimate interest of the company in ensuring internal security and access to its facilities. |
Obligation or not to provide data and consequences of not doing so:Depending on the activity we carry out with our stakeholders, we will request certain information that does not have to be the same for everyone (for example, responding to an information request is not the same as processing a purchase of our products). However, all required data is strictly and minimally necessary to carry out the services, interactions between contracting parties, and other contractual management. The only information collected voluntarily by the interested party is that contained in our contact forms on the website. |
